Meat must always be cooked before you can actually eat it but that is not the case with vegetables. You can simply consume the vegetables raw if you like and still get the all the nutrients from them without fear of getting sick unlike raw meat. Vegetable dishes will usually take less time to cook as well and it only takes a few minutes to make a salad. Your body will even function much better since it will digest vegetables much easier than meat.

It is not hard at all to do vegetarian cooking and they are a lot of benefits that come out of eating solely vegetables in your diet. In just a few weeks you will start seeing the difference in the way you look and even the way your body feels.
